What you'll do

Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels and HydraFacial treatments.
Operate skin devices including microneedling and laser platforms within your scope of practice.
Analyze skin and build multi-visit treatment plans matched to each patient's goals.
Recommend and explain a home-care regimen that supports in-clinic results.
Capture consistent before-and-after photography and maintain accurate treatment notes.
Keep treatment rooms, devices and inventory to clinical standards.

Active Texas Aesthetician license.
Experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting using medical-grade products.
Familiarity with HydraFacial, chemical peels and microneedling.
Comfortable recommending treatment plans and home care without hard-selling.
Meticulous with sanitation, documentation and room turnover.
Availability for some evening or weekend appointments.
